Compare and Contrast: Schreiner Company Photographs part 2

A few days ago, I asked for help to identify the differences between these two photographs of the Schreiner store.  Both of these photographs are in my new book.  I asked for help because I thought if more of us looked at the images, we'd spot more differences together.
I think the top photo is older than the second -- mainly because of the little tree.  Notice how it has a crooked arm?  The second photo shows the same crooked arm, but on a larger tree.
Here are the differences I saw -- see if your list matches mine:
  1. Trees grew; center tree matches in both
  2. Awnings in older image
  3. Fireplug in newer image
  4. Name and ornamentation on newer
  5. Newer image says 1869-1889 older one is blank
  6. Utility pole in newer
  7. Porch in older
  8. Lightning rods on newer.
  9. trim on windows darker on newer.
  10. Hitching posts on newer
  11. People of course are different
  12. Grand Fair poster on older
  13. Older seems to be in winter; newer, Summer.
  14. Older taken in the afternoon; newer, around noon.

Please list the differences you find in the comments section below!  I really appreciate your help.
