Respectfully, Joe, I must decline to share your QR code message to Mamacitas. While I agree with you that the Arcadia is a treasure that should be preserved, I have not seen enough information about Hossein (Hagi) Hagigholam's plans to honestly form an opinion. I do not know Mr Hagigholam personally, but his investments here indicate to me that he has this community's best interests at heart. As before, if someone would reference the documentation of Mr Hagigholam's plans I will gladly review and comment.
