Saturday Kerrville Mystery Photo: answer revealed
This photo, taken by Mark Mosty, was taken at the Kerr County courthouse square. This little plaque is on top of the cannon on the courthouse square. The cannon is on the Earl Garret Street side of the square, and faces toward the Kerr Arts and Cultural Center (the old post office).
