The Weston Building, on the corner of Water and Earl Garrett Streets was, for many years, a saloon. Today it houses Francisco's Restaurant; when I was a child it was a shoe store, The Booterie. Chaney's Confectionery was there for a long time, and there is even some evidence that City Hall was on the second floor when it was a saloon. (That must have been convenient for city council members.)
