Saturday Mystery Photo: Answer revealed

Thanks for playing!  As several of you guessed, this photograph was taken on the front steps of the Kerr County Courthouse.  Aaron Yates was the first to provide the correct answer, but given his family's surveying history, he might have had a little advantage! :-)
To find the little survey disk, look just to the right of the right-most column beside the front door of the Kerr County Courthouse, the door facing Main Street.
