Saturday Kerrville Mystery Photo: answer revealed

So, how well do you know Kerrville?  Several of you guessed correctly: this is a decoration of the Brown Building, at the corner of Earl Garrett and Main Streets in downtown Kerrville.  The building is diagonally across the intersection from the old post office, now called the Kerr Arts and Cultural Center.  It originally housed a gas station, and was designed to be expanded upward to two stories tall.  It was built in 1926, by W. B. Brown, who was a plumber, I believe.
