This plaque is found on the north end of the Sidney Baker Street bridge. It was originally on the old steel bridge which crossed the river; it was damaged when they pulled it off of the old bridge and placed it on the new bridge, which was completed in the 1970s. Charles Schreiner established a road and bridge fund during his lifetime which still exists today.
