Perhaps it's more like the game where you look at two different images and attempt to find differences between the two. I'm asking for your help: what is different between these two images?
Here's why I'm asking: more eyes will see more things. I've made a list -- but I'm sure you'll see something I missed. Both of these photographs are in my new book.

Telephone pole and hitching post to the left of it. Roof over porch cannot be seen in second photo.
ReplyDeleteThe first building on the right toward the top in the circle does not have "Chas. Schreiner" and the round circle; the bottom bldg. does.
ReplyDeleteThis very entertaining challenge is almost overwhelming because of the many differences.
ReplyDeleteHere is my best effort.
1. Photo 1, but not photo 2, has a porch (solid structure) (at least, I can’t see it in #2).
2. Photo 1, but not photo 2, has awnings) (at least, I can’t see them in #2).
3. Photo 1, but not photo 2, has a “Grand Fair” sign attached to the building.
4. Photo 1 has fewer trees, than photo 2, in front of the building.
5. Photo 1 does not have a telephone pole in front of the building. Photo 2 does have a pole.
6. Both photos show what looks like a cupola on top of each building. It is not as clearly seen in photo 1 as it is in photo 2. This confuses me because I have never before seen these items on the Schreiner Building.
7. Photo 1 does not seem to have vertical posts in front of the building (hitching posts?). Photo 2 does have vertical posts.
8. Photo 1 does not have as many people standing in front of the building as photo 2.
9. Photo 1 does not have a team of horses in front of the building; photo 2 does have a team.
10. Photo 1 does not have a fire hydrant in front of the building; photo 2 does have a hydrant.
11. Because of the photo angle, photo 1 does not show a chimney; photo 2 does show one.
12. Because of photo clarity, photo 1 does not have the words “Chas. Schreiner” on the top right side of the building; photo 2 does have the wording.
13. Photo 1 shows the roof of another building to the left of the Schreiner Building; photo 2
does not show the additional roof.
14. Photo 1, but not photo 2, has a small moth on one of the windows – just kidding.
15. This was fun.
