Huntington Photography Studio, Kerrville, possibly as early as 1898. |
I think the house next door is Hance Burney's home. Burney was Kerrville's first postmaster, and he opened the first little store in Kerrville, too. Perhaps the Huntington Photography Studio was previously Burney's little store.
So... put on your thinking caps... what street does the studio face, and what street runs along beside the studio? And for bonus points, what is there today?
