Kerr Pioneers in one amazing photograph

Some friends down the street brought by a new batch of images to scan, and this one was particularly interesting.  It shows a group of early Kerr pioneers, probably taken in the 1930s or 1940s.
Quite a few are identified in the photograph.  Perhaps you can identify more.

Another view.  From left to right: unknown, Pleasant B. James, Julius Real
Sam Glenn, unknown, James J. Starkey, Charles Real, and Tom Stanley?
I'd appreciate your help in identifying the others.
